CyberScript mobile app PRIVACY AND SECURITY POLICY

When using the CyberScript mobile app (the "App"), we aim to provide you with tools to manage your prescriptions. The personal information that we receive from you is only for us to provide you with the prescription management features enabled on the App. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy and Security Policy applies only to activities conducted and personal information collected using the CyberScript mobile app.

We collect personal information you provide when using the App. Your name, password, home pharmacy, e-mail address and mobile device id are examples of personally identifiable information. This information is necessary, for example, to respond to your questions, identify you to the system, or process your orders.

We automatically receive and collect certain types of information whenever you use the App. This information includes the Internet protocol (IP) address of your device, your mobile device ID, software and operating system, the date and time you access our App, session information (such as download errors and page response times), and information about your viewing history. We use this information to monitor the usage and performance of our App, to enhance our customers' online experiences and to determine aggregate information about our user base and usage patterns.

When you first sign up, we will ask you to set up "your account," which includes your name, e-mail address, home pharmacy, and security questions & answers. If you would like to review or revise the information we have in your account, you may access such information by clicking on the "settings" link on the main menu screen of our App.

Our App may contain links to and from other Web sites operated and maintained by separate entities. We do not make any endorsement of or representation or warranty regarding linked sites or their content, as they are not controlled by our App. We have no responsibility for linked Web sites and provide these links solely for the convenience and information of our visitors. The privacy policies of these Web sites may differ from our policy, so you should always review the privacy statement of each linked Web site you visit.

CyberScript encrypts your personal information as it is transmitted over the Internet.

It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your mobile device. For additional security, be sure to sign off when finished using the app.

The CyberScript mobile app will use the personal information you provide when interacting with your selected pharmacy to service your account. We may disclose account and other personal information when we believe that disclosure is necessary to comply with the law, to enforce or apply our Terms of Use or other policies or user agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our business, our customers, or others.

By using our App, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of information in accordance with the terms of this privacy policy. This policy was last updated on July 12, 2016. We reserve the right to modify or amend this policy at any time. If we ever change our privacy policy, we will post any changes on this page. Use of the App after modification of this policy is deemed to constitute your consent to this policy as amended.
